1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging intact.
• Any items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Fee

• All returns are subject to a 100 EGP return fee, which covers shipping and handling costs.
• This fee will be deducted from your refund amount or applied during the return process.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a free return or exchange.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size or product changes, subject to availability.
• If the exchange is not due to a defect or damage, the 100 EGP return fee will apply.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
